We stock both ranges to offer you choice. Both ranges offer a non-toxic lead-free alternative to roof flashing with good stretchability and easy moulding. Available in a number of sizes and the choice of two colours. Other colours are available to order.
Ulti-Mate Lead Replacements
Lead replacement flashing offers a low-cost alternative to traditional lead and is suitable for both flat and pitched roof applications. Furthermore, its smooth finish has a three-layer construction, consisting of a modified plastic with a backing of polyisobutylene, and an expanded Aluminium mesh integrated in between.
The unique Aluminium core construction makes it extremely strong and flexible, allowing users to reshape it repeatedly without visible fracture marks. The polyisobutylene adhesive backing permanently bonds to all sound building materials, creating waterproof joints without the need for added tape or sealant.
Ubbink Lead Replacements
Ubbink’s non-lead waterproof flashing range provides practical, easy-to-install solutions for applications where lead is traditionally used, such as changes of direction and materials.
